‘Seems to me’

The panoramic composition of ‘Seems to me’ helps to reveal the fascination I have with macrocosm and microcosm, a thread that has been running through my paintings for the last 20 years. The idea best reveals itself in the cosmic starlight paintings (first seen in the Nightlight Collection), where each of us holds the universe within us – so we are not really that far away when we stand here on earth and gaze upwards.
