This new Wonderment collection is the most eclectic to date, ‘Maybe it’s the warm air climbing’ borrows from experiences 30 years ago as a young artist out there trying to establish her genre – I was fascinated with the distortion of heatwaves, smoke and light literally clouding the horizon and entering a realm of mirage – what was really happening?

The experience was taken to its maximum when I found myself lying in a countryside ditch, with my bike on top of me, having to take drastic action from a sudden change in wind direction whilst out observing the farmers practice of ‘stubble burning’.
