‘Untethered’

The owner of ‘Untethered’ has a collection of over 15 of my originals, bought over a four year period.  When I asked him why he chose to buy this one, when at the private viewing he had the pick of the whole Contemplation Collection, he said he wanted to own what he considered to be ‘key pieces’, marking a change in direction.  He would then work out where or how he would hang the new addition – one solution was getting rid of his dining table and giving older paintings to friends, so when he went for dinner he would then be able to see ‘his old friends’ again.
