‘Particle’

The title ‘Particle’ alludes to a scientific starting point and along with fascination we can enter the headspace needed to grasp macrocosm microcosm – and our (in)significance within it.  To bring heightened intensity to the paintings I have physically moved towards the microcosm and reduced the size of some of the originals, so you can place yourself gazing out of the window of a space shuttle or looking through a telescope.
